(HCM) On 1 and 2 December, Profiles Vietnam  joins the Vietnam ICT Solution and Brand Exhibiton co-organized by the Ministry of Information and Communication, Quang Trung Software Park, Trade and Investment Center of Ho Chi Minh City and Asia Oceania Regional Software Park Alliance. 

 

Attending the event, Profiles Vietnam introduces its visitors to employee assessment solutions and tools which are managed by the Global Assessment Center (GAC) of Profiles. In addition, Profiles Vietnam’ consultants give many valuable advice on measuring people for those who desire to improve the recruitment, training, coaching and development quality.

 

Also, at the morning session seminar on 2 December senior executives, delegates have been introduced to the GAC - a web-based and highly intergrated system for employee assessments. It covers (1) Profiles Assessment Center, a system for the assessment tools which measure Job Fit, Thinking Styles, Behaviours Traits and Team Balance; and (2) Profiles Survey Center, which monitors the 360-degree assessment process for managers and leaders.

 

The Vietnam ICT Solutions and Brand (Vibrand)  is an annual activity of the Ministry of Information and Communication with the main purpose of promoting and developing application of information technology. The event catches the attention not only of public and private sectors, information technology companies, but also of numerous enterprises that have been applying high technology in their business activities. Thus, this provides great opportunities for interacting, communicating, finding strategic partnership and connecting between providers and suppliers.
