HCMC - 20th December, 2011. Profiles International Vietnam has released the report “Vietnam’s Most Productive Companies 2011”, presenting findings of their study on the productivity of over 600 publicly traded companies in Vietnam.
The Vietnam’s Most Productive Companies 2011 study focuses specifically on labour productivity, defined as revenue produced per full-time employee or full-time employee equivalent of Vietnam-based companies in 2010.
Not simply stopping at analyzing financial data from 676 publicly traded companies, Profiles Vietnam also completed some follow-up research on a number of the most productive companies to help identify the best practices that lead to outstanding labour productivity.
This is the second consecutive year the study was conducted in Vietnam with the purpose of honoring the companies that have the highest productivity in 2011 and analyzing the contributing factors that helped them achieve outstanding success.
The report “Vietnam’s Most Productive Companies 2011” is divided into three parts: (a) a recap and discussion of the top ten factors that drive productivity; (b) practical suggestions to rise to Vietnam’s Most Productive Companies standards; and (c) lists of companies in each of 22 Industry Groups and 12 sub-industry groups, ranked by labour productivity.
